Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and participate in market advertising campaigns to promote Panera Bread's brand and products.
- Support Multi Market Marketing Managers in evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Ensure consistency of internal and external cafe messaging to maintain a strong brand image.
- Communicate marketing plans and objectives to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with teams to plan, deliver, and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth.
- Conduct competitive and customer analysis reporting to inform marketing decisions.
- Identify key trends and opportunities through formal marketing analysis and provide recommendations to Multi Market Marketing Managers.
- Provide best practice research and facilitate cross-functional sharing to drive business growth.
- Support Multi Market Marketing Managers in organizing and executing local cafe marketing plans that meet business objectives.
- Support Multi Market Marketing Managers and the Panera Bread Marketing Team in achieving their objectives.
- Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing activities and policies in collaboration with the Panera advertising team.
- Implement pricing strategies to maximize profit and market share.
- Execute budgets, including expenditures, research, development, and return-on-investment analysis.
- Complete sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure sales and profitability by analyzing business marketing developments and monitoring market trends.
- Proactively solicit and manage catering-related opportunities with significant revenue potential.
- Collaborate with the Call Center Manager to develop and effectively manage catering accounts and opportunities.
