Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen. You should have a strong understanding of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. A degree in culinary arts or a related field is preferred, but not required.

As a lead line cook, you will be responsible for leading a team of cooks, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to a high standard and presented in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and managing inventory and supplies.
