Head of Kitchen Operations

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced chef to join our team as Head of Kitchen Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Responsibilities:- Plan and execute menus that meet customer expectations and industry trends
- Manage kitchen staff, including training and mentoring
- Oversee inventory management and equipment setup
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and excellent leadership skills. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, opportunities for career advancement, and a dynamic work environment that fosters creativity and growth.
Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef or cook in a high-volume kitchen
- Certification from a reputable culinary school (desired)
- ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and recipes
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and lead by example
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
