Job Title: Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of subcontractors and tradespeople to deliver high-quality work.
  • Schedule and coordinate material and equipment delivery to job sites.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety regulations and procedures.
  • Communicate with project managers and team members to provide project updates and address concerns.
  • Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure work is completed according to these documents.
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible.
  • Maintain accurate records of project costs and progress, reporting regularly to project managers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a supervisor in the construction industry, with luxury custom home building experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
