Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct the construction of fast-paced renovation projects at jobsites across the nation, including interfacing with clients
  • Manage project budget and ensure timely completion
  • Provide regular status reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
  • Detail-oriented and strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS or higher in construction or engineering
  • Experience in fast-paced renovation projects
  • Experience in restaurant/retail renovation projects strongly desired
