Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects, preferably in modular or large-scale commercial construction.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).
