About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Business Analyst to join our team at Saint-Gobain North America. As a key member of our Digital Transformation department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and improvement through the strategic application of digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Partner with business stakeholders to assess current finance processes and identify areas for improvement, leveraging your expertise in finance and technology to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Cloud Computing, to assess their potential application within finance and make recommendations for implementation.
  • Implementation and Training: Support the implementation of new technologies and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption, and develop training programs to educate finance staff on new processes and technologies.
  • Collaboration and Governance: Collaborate with different departments within the organization to ensure smooth integration of digital technologies, and lead the initiative to enhance documentation and roll out new training on existing tools to help upscale the digital skills of the finance team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent, with complementary work experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years working in a professional finance environment with experience in building and supporting Business Intelligence (BI) reporting, with a concentration on Power BI.
  • Skills: Strong aptitude to deliver effective desktop reporting, utilize GL Wands, MS Excel, PowerPoint, QlikView, and Power BI for analysis and presentations, with SAP ERP knowledge a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: A passion for technology and a willingness to learn new skills, with experience with RPG, AI, and other emerging technologies in finance a plus, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal) required.
