Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market

We're revolutionizing tech recruitment, and we're looking for a talented Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market to help us achieve our mission. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our mid-market customers achieve a significant return on investment and drive business success with their Built In partnership.
About the RoleAs a Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market, you'll partner closely with Account Managers to drive overall customer adoption, enhance customer success, and mitigate customer churn risk. You'll create and execute project plans, providing user-focused training, onboarding, and engagement to ensure successful customer onboarding and a clear, shared partnership plan.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Account Managers to drive customer adoption and enhance customer success
- Create and execute project plans to ensure successful customer onboarding
- Provide user-focused training, onboarding, and engagement to drive customer success
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure delivery of customer objectives
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, project management, recruitment, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical aptitude
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Experience with content marketing, digital marketing, or the ability to act as a creative advisor to clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build authentic business relationships and deal effectively with relational challenges
- Proficient in Salesforce
