About the Role

The Customer Success Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the Customer Success department, institutional partners, and AMO trainees to deliver exceptional service throughout their user journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key partner accounts, securing orders, building customer satisfaction, and establishing trusted professional relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager and relevant parties to match orders with existing supply and support deal-related tasks.
  • Monitor and follow up with the programs department to secure institution requirements and ensure order fulfillment.
  • Oversee and support B2B order fulfillment, including creating holds, monitoring applications, and payment reconciliation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges and demonstrate a proactive, solution-based approach to resolving customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with the program team to address student concerns and troubleshoot program issues.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
  • Analyze customer performance data to inform revenue growth strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on evolving products and services and collaborate with the AMO team to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare educational setting.
  • Experience with Hubspot, CRM, or email management systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a high level of technical proficiency.
