Are you passionate about working with innovative products and technologies? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our fast-paced Internet Sales team at Sheboygan Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you'll be the link between our customers and their future vehicles. You'll assist customers with questions, provide product information, and direct them to our dealership resources. Your strong communication skills and enthusiasm will make a lasting impression on our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls and schedule follow-up appointments
  • Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, phone, and live chat scripts and templates
  • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to our dealership resources
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
  • Participate in team and process development sessions
  • Utilize our CRM tracking system daily
Requirements
  • At least one previous role with strong customer service experience
  • Team player attitude
  • Prompt and courteous
  • Enthusiastic personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
