Job Title: Business Development Representative

Amplify Recruiting is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and improve results
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in a business development or sales role
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
