We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Account Manager to join our team at RealPage, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive business growth and customer success for our multi-family industry clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product management.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and desired outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell RealPage solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customer success plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure RealPage remains competitive.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of RealPage products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Participate in sales calls and presentations to demonstrate RealPage solutions to customers.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and account activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer success.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in the multi-family industry, with a strong understanding of RealPage products and services.
  • Insurance license, and/or ability to secure an insurance license required.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service and support to customers.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
