Job Overview

Educology Solutions is seeking a Business Process Analyst to collaborate with the Finance Configuration Manager. This role involves working closely with project teams and departmental experts to assess the current utilization of scheduling and timekeeping systems, as well as actual work schedules across various departments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting a comprehensive training strategy to support departments during the implementation of UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions). This position demands proficiency in analyzing business workflows and recommending enhancements to optimize employee scheduling processes. Additionally, the candidate will create instructional materials such as graphics, videos, training curricula, and documentation to facilitate effective learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in specific areas of timekeeping and scheduling to enhance communication and training efforts.
  • Coordinate with project teams and vendors to establish training plans and timelines.
  • Create clear and impactful documentation related to employee scheduling and timekeeping, showcasing system functionalities for various user levels.
  • Collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to design strategic communications and training materials.
  • Produce quick reference guides, job aids, online training modules, and other educational resources as necessary.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations in collaboration with the Configuration Manager, promoting positive responses to organizational changes.
  • Facilitate sessions to gather insights, identify gaps, and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Utilize tools such as Camtasia and Adobe Captivate to develop system-based training materials.
  • Draft documentation for new and existing processes and related issues.
  • Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, maintaining a strong customer service orientation.
  • Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with management and staff to foster collaboration and integrity.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of organizational design principles, change management, and development practices.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in system-based content development across various applications and business processes.
  • Proven skills in organizational design, analysis, and facilitating employee engagement.
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong team-oriented mindset with effective communication, planning, and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities across all management levels.
  • Experience in building consensus among stakeholders and employees at all organizational levels.
  • Attention to detail for conducting analyses and creating relevant process documentation.
  • Proficiency in developing training curricula and materials using multimedia tools such as Adobe Captivate and Camtasia.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and automated email systems like Office 365.
