Job Overview

The Information Technology Department at US Fertility, LLC is in search of a Business Analyst to enhance our Strategic Planning team. Conducting gap analyses to highlight discrepancies between business needs and system functionalities is a key responsibility. The analyst may also assist in developing project plans and ensuring adherence to these plans in collaboration with the IT Project Manager. This position serves as a crucial link between business stakeholders and the IT (Technical team) organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business and Process Optimization: Recognizes opportunities for business or process enhancements and provides relevant recommendations.
  • User Engagement: Interacts with end users to ascertain business requirements and aligns these needs with existing system capabilities or drafts specifications for system modifications when sanctioned by senior management.
  • Cross-Department Liaison: Acts as a bridge between IT and other departments to refine and re-engineer business and system processes.
  • Coordination with Management: Collaborates with IT management and senior management to resolve intricate issues.
  • Communication: Keeps senior management apprised of all technical challenges that negatively affect critical business systems or processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Healthcare sector.
  • At least 3 years of experience in documenting workflow designs and business process mapping.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a contributor on technology-driven projects in complex business-to-business and/or outsourced client environments.

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline.
