We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Cloud Security Strategist to join our team at Focused HR Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cloud security strategies that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our clients' data.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in IT, with a strong background in cloud technologies, web-based applications, and Windows, Linux, and Cisco systems. You should also have experience with cloud security monitoring and incident response, as well as a firm understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

In addition to your technical expertise, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders, including project team members, management, and agency departments.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cloud security strategies that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our clients' data.
  • Perform threat identification and analysis of risks to the Medicaid Cloud-Based Systems.
  • Provide input and feedback on cloud/hybrid architectures related to Security.
  • Assist in the implementation and advancement of Continuous Monitoring and Incident Response processes and procedures.
  • Perform regular security audits of resources deployed in the Medicaid Cloud-Based Systems.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with a strong background in cloud technologies, web-based applications, and Windows, Linux, and Cisco systems.
  • Experience with cloud security monitoring and incident response.
  • Firm understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on national averages for similar positions in the United States. However, actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and industry.
