As our new Executive Hotel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maximizing profit, and ensuring exceptional guest service at the Full-Service Holiday Inn Washington Dulles Airport hotel. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting collaboration to achieve overall financial results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service Excellence: Ensure seamless guest experiences by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and providing timely responses to concerns. Collaborate with staff to train and model excellent service standards.
  • Financial Acumen: Manage expenses to maximize hotel profitability, optimize labor management, and implement cost-saving measures. Analyze quality issues, identify training needs, and ensure effective implementation to improve results.
  • People Management and Training: Evaluate staff performance, take corrective action when necessary, motivate staff through goal-setting, feedback, and recognition. Lead required training sessions and maintain accurate training records.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Conduct routine inspections to maintain standards, ensure a clean and safe work environment, and follow procedures for incidents.
