The Senior Culinary Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery. You will work closely with our chefs, kitchen staff, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of our culinary vision. Your expertise will help us to develop new recipes, improve quality control, and enhance the overall guest experience.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence. You will also contribute to developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills of our culinary team members.

About the Role
As a Senior Culinary Operations Manager at Aramark, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and executing comprehensive culinary strategies to drive business growth and improve guest satisfaction
2. Leading and mentoring our culinary team to achieve operational excellence and high-quality food production
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence
4. Contributing to the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills of our culinary team members
5. Analyzing data and making informed decisions to optimize food costs, labor productivity, and guest satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. 2-3 years of experience in a related position, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
2. 2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience
3. A culinary degree preferred, but not required
4. Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession
5. Experiential knowledge of management of people and/or problems
6. Excellent oral, reading, and written communication skills
