Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the Residence Inn Chattanooga. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out processes, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will involve supervising front desk agents, handling guest inquiries and concerns, and working closely with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field preferred
- Previous supervisory responsibility and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in stressful situations

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records and reports, including room assignments, guest information, and incident reports
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Working Conditions:
- Regular attendance is required, with varying schedules to meet hotel needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Occasional interaction with guests and colleagues may require standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds
