  3. Therapy Sessions: Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote clients' mental well-being.
  4. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to provide comprehensive care and ensure seamless community reintegration.
  5. Client Records and Progress: Maintain up-to-date, confidential client records, documenting clients' progress towards their treatment goals and objectives.
  6. Advocacy and Support: Advocate for clients' needs and rights, providing resources and referrals as necessary to ensure their well-being.
  7. Professional Development: Stay informed of the latest developments and best practices in the field of mental health counseling, adhering to all ethical guidelines, professional standards, and state and federal laws related to mental health services.
Requirements:
  1. A master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  2. Valid state license in mental health counseling or equivalent; or license eligible.
  3. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinical or counseling setting.
  4. Proficient in cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
  6. High degree of professionalism and adherence to ethical standards.
  7. Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality.
  8. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
