Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Director of Brand Strategy to lead our global brand strategy and drive our brand vision across all facets of the business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in defining and executing a company's brand vision and at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the evolution of Rover's global brand strategy, in partnership with our brand agency, ensuring it aligns with our long-term business objectives and the evolving needs of pet parents and pet care providers.
  • Foster alignment across the organization on what we want our customers to 'think, feel, and say' about Rover.
  • Make informed recommendations about brand investments across product experience, support, and marketing, balancing business impact and costs.
  • Define annual and quarterly brand objectives and key results for the brand teams, prioritize initiatives, and articulate trade-offs and risks associated with different investment choices.
  • Ensure we continue to improve on measuring progress against brand goals using appropriate methods.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience with global brand strategy and managing brand consistency across different geographies.
  • Experience in B2C digital marketing and e-commerce, with a deep understanding of modern brand-building strategies.
  • Creative and innovative thinking, particularly in brand positioning and marketing strategies.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $196,726 - $261,646, a 20% annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
