Our mission is to make a meaningful impact on education, and we're looking for a talented individual to help us achieve it.

Role

We're seeking a high-performing customer success leader to build and lead our implementation and account management practice.

You will be responsible for hiring and leading your team, organizing our client success operations, leading key projects with large clients, and systematizing solutions as we scale.

This is a full-time role based in San Francisco, with a flexible work arrangement that allows for 3-5 days of in-office work per week.

Qualifications and Experience

We're looking for candidates with exceptional talent and a strong background in management consulting or SaaS customer success.

However, we're open to considering candidates from diverse backgrounds who can bring unique perspectives and skills to the table.
