Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Neuro Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team at Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provides direct nursing care to patients in the Neuro Telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Monitors and records patient vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data to inform patient care decisions.
  • Develops and implements individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Coordinates patient care with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers.
  • Provides education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
Requirements
  • Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Neuro Telemetry setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
