Job Title: Sales Development Representative - AI Powered HR Tech Start Up

About the Company: Our client is a rapidly growing company in the HR and payroll management industry, offering a comprehensive platform that enables businesses to hire, onboard, pay, and manage their teams globally with full compliance.

Job Description: As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for growing the top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns, calling into mobile-enriched leads who fit the target persona, pitching and qualifying those leads, and generating sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using qualification criteria.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns

  • Pitch and qualify those leads
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using qualification criteria
  • Utilize your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how the Client can solve them
  • Develop strong sales and product knowledge

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales development, cold calling, and prospecting
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS and technology sales
  • Experience in HR and payroll management solutions is a plus
  • Passion for sales as a craft, with a desire to always be learning and improving your craft
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
