About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at a rapidly growing e-commerce SaaS scale-up in the jewelry industry. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel growth and generating sales-ready meetings for our Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow top-of-funnel sales through cold outbound campaigns
  • Call into mobile-enriched leads who fit our target persona
  • Pitch and qualify those leads
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using qualification criteria
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how our client can solve them
  • Develop strong sales and product knowledge

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development, cold calling, and prospecting
  • Familiarity with B2B sales and technology
  • Prior experience selling into retail or jewelry sectors is a plus
  • Passion for sales as a craft, with a desire to always be learning and improving your craft
