Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Riverview Bank. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the branch, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train Client Service Representatives to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, customer inquiries, and branch operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth, including cross-selling Riverview products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with Riverview policies and procedures, and maintain a secure and efficient branch environment.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Service Manager to coordinate staffing, Fiserv, and other operational issues.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a financial services institution.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
