We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Front Desk. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, providing customers with company information and answering general inquiries.
- Input customer data into our customer management system.
- Accurately follow the process of accepting new inventory in a timely manner.
- Work directly with store management to control customer flow.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior customer service or dealership experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reliable and strong work ethic.
