About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Front Desk. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, providing customers with company information and answering general inquiries.
  • Input customer data into our customer management system.
  • Accurately follow the process of accepting new inventory in a timely manner.
  • Work directly with store management to control customer flow.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service or dealership experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reliable and strong work ethic.
