Delta Dallas, a dynamic investment organization, is seeking an experienced Office Manager and Executive Assistant to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive support to the CEO while leading office operations and supporting high-net-worth client services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support:
    • Collaborate closely with the CEO to manage professional and personal schedules, including complex travel logistics and event coordination.
    • Efficiently manage multiple email inboxes, overseeing task delegation to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
    • Serve as the primary gatekeeper for the CEO, managing all communication, screening inquiries, and prioritizing appointments and meetings to ensure effective time management.
  • Office Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of office staff, providing training and scheduling support to maximize performance.
    • Implement performance improvement strategies to enhance office efficiency and deliver exceptional client service within the wealth management space.
    • Ensure the organization and maintenance of client records, adhering to compliance and accuracy standards.
    • Oversee project timelines and deadlines in accordance with client and regulatory expectations.
    • Plan and execute both internal and external events for clients and the organization.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in Office Management, Executive Assistant, or similar roles, ideally within wealth management or financial services.
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at working with high-net-worth clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Experience arranging private and corporate travel is highly desirable.
