Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Managing Director. This is a contract opportunity with a leading Airlines Industry company, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Manage and coordinate meetings, events, and logistics for the MD and their team.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Respond to customer requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Interact with corporate clients and community business leaders on behalf of the MD.
  • Manage time and attendance for the team, expense reports, invoices, and supply ordering.
  • Skilled in reviewing, screening, and prioritizing mail, email, and telephone calls.
  • Plan and prepare meetings and events, including logistics, budget, agendas, training material, presentations, catering, etc.
Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years' work experience in a prior administrative role
  • Working knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Willingness to learn new skills as needed to perform job functions
  • Willingness to cross-train with other administrative team members
  • Ability to prioritize work, be detail-oriented, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and function as an integral part of a team with minimal supervision
  • Known for your emotional intelligence and positive energy
  • Skilled analytics and problem-solving
  • Experience with Work brain, Coupa, Concur, Teams, Distro List creation, NRTA tools
