Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality community-based care services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the community to promote our organization's mission and values.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and accreditation standards.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and practices to ensure the highest standards of quality and excellence in our services.
  • Manage the financial affairs of the organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
  • Represent the organization in a professional and effective manner, both internally and externally.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, public administration, or human services.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in organizational leadership, with at least 5 years at an executive level in a not-for-profit or governmental agency.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, developing and implementing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
