Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Herewith Inc. in the Bay area, CA. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline.

Our company is revolutionizing in-home care by connecting older adults with expert local caregivers through our mobile and web-based application. With a growing team of 40+ and a strong focus on innovation, we offer an exciting opportunity for you to shape the future of in-home healthcare.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Contact and set appointments with potential customers.
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals and collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.
Requirements and Skills
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in independent and/or Assisted living facilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with a proven track record of success.
  • Time management and organizational skills, with flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales field, with a passion for innovation and customer-centric approach.
