Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Brand Manager to join our team at Weedmaps. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive growth within specific local markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement effective marketing plans that align with our company's overall objectives and goals.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in local markets.
  • Brand Positioning and Messaging: Develop and maintain consistent brand positioning and messaging across all local efforts, ensuring alignment with our company's brand standards.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key stakeholders, including the Insights team, to extract actionable insights and inform marketing decisions.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the CPG and ecommerce sectors, with a focus on local or regional markets.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and research methodologies; demonstrated project management experience; proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
What We Offer:
