Job Overview:


In this position, you will play a pivotal role in the overall management and operation of a designated real estate portfolio, aiming to maximize net operating income through effective cost management and maintaining optimal occupancy rates.

Your duties will encompass crafting market-driven marketing strategies, ensuring timely submission of operational and financial reports to the Regional Manager, and fostering a high-quality on-site team through effective training and leadership.

Key responsibilities include implementing company policies and procedures, leading engaging team meetings, and overseeing the physical aspects of properties to meet operational and safety standards.

Moreover, you will coordinate vendor schedules, conduct regular visual inspections, and analyze market surveys, providing essential support to a specified region of properties and associates.


Special Requirements:

Physical Demands:


The team member will frequently be required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using their feet, legs, back, arms, and hands. Climbing may occasionally be necessary.

Employees will need to work at a personal computer and communicate via phone for extended periods.

Must have the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available for extended/flexible hours and weekends as required.


This is a full-time role that may necessitate travel, including some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation in company functions and events are also expected. Extensive travel, including overnight stays, is part of the role.

Essential skills include the ability to effectively address the needs of residents, prospects, and vendors.

Other critical skills include but are not limited to:

- Managing high-stress situations effectively.
- Demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- Administrative and organizational skills.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of state laws related to fair housing.

Qualifications:

Computer Skills:
Intermediate computer and Internet proficiency.

Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred familiarity with software programs such as Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, and Resident Check.

Learning and Development:
Commitment to ongoing professional development and career advancement through the company's continuing education programs.

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Certifications such as CPM, CAM, RMP, ARM, or CMCA are preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to perform intermediate mathematical functions and utilize all on-site resident management software functions accurately.

Professional Experience:
A minimum of two years' experience as a Community Manager in the Multifamily Industry is required.
