About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our NC3 team at Lockheed Martin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the external campaign to modernize the NC3 system, collaborating with government customers and stakeholders to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive campaign strategy to persuade customers to adopt a modern NC3 system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to raise awareness of NC3 equities and drive growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders in the STRATCOM community
  • Develop and manage business pipelines to drive long-term growth and profitability
  • Manage New Business Acquisition Expense (NBAE) effectively to drive business results
Requirements
  • Experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders in the STRATCOM community
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business campaigns
  • Strong understanding of NC3 systems and modernization efforts
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • TS/SCI clearance required
