  • Collaboration and Advocacy: Build strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and families to ensure coordinated care and advocate for the needs of our clients.

Qualifications

  • North Carolina Peer Support Certification and commitment to maintaining current certification.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, preferably in a home care setting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for empowering individuals and promoting recovery.
