Contract Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to serve as a Contract Administrator for our construction project management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth construction operations by handling project administration, subcontractor relations, and contract accounting.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Contract Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Subcontractor & Vendor Relations
- Job Cost Management
- Contract Accounting
- Project Administration
Key qualifications for this role include:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- At least 2 years' experience working in a similar/related role required; 5 or more years' experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated computer literacy, especially in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience working with construction project management and/or accounting software, such as Procore

Physical DemandsThis role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk performing administrative duties, as well as occasional walking, repeated bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
