Key Responsibilities:

  • Advance our strategic CRM support services within the Life Science & Healthcare domain for our CRM strategy and implementation team.
  • Engage closely with Life Science & Healthcare clients to discern their CRM requirements and craft customized solutions that align with their strategic goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute strategic initiatives for the consulting, migration, and implementation of Salesforce and Veeva CRM solutions tailored to meet specific client needs in the life sciences and healthcare fields.
  • Project Management: Direct and manage the complete project lifecycle, ensuring timely execution, budget compliance, and adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Client Consulting: Deliver expert consulting services to clients, grasping their unique requirements and providing customized solutions for CRM migration and implementation.
  • System Migration: Oversee the transition from existing CRM systems to Salesforce and Veeva, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business activities.
  • Implementation: Supervise the team responsible for the configuration, customization, and deployment of Salesforce and Veeva CRM solutions, ensuring they fulfill client specifications.
  • Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Salesforce and Veeva CRM technologies, integrating best practices into implementation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Significant experience in CRM implementation, with at least one year in a management capacity within the Life Science & Healthcare sector.
  • Strong familiarity with various CRM platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, IQVIA, Synergistix, or similar systems.
  • A strategic understanding of the industry and its evolving landscape.
  • A strong desire to drive business growth and contribute to the advancement of the Business unit.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce or Veeva Certified Administrator) are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Life Science and healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.
