Role Summary: Brand Solutions Manager

Our Open World team is in search of a driven Brand Solutions Manager to support our account executives in delivering outstanding services to our brand partners. This role involves developing gaming and cultural marketing strategies, executing influencer campaigns, leveraging data insights, and more. It offers hands-on experience and exposure to various facets of account management in a fast-paced setting. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with account executives, gaining essential skills and becoming a key team member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular communication with brand partners, addressing their inquiries and providing project updates.
  • Assist account executives in organizing project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional resources to ensure successful execution.
  • Perform administrative duties such as preparing meeting agendas, documenting meeting minutes, scheduling calls, and sharing weekly status updates.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication to meet the needs of brand partners.
  • Manage relationships with key contacts, including independent contractors and vendors essential for executing brand initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign success metrics and prepare comprehensive wrap reports for clients.
  • Engage in brainstorming sessions to develop brand strategies and creative campaign concepts.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating the tact and nuance necessary for collaborative success.
  • Exhibit problem-solving skills in addressing unexpected challenges.
  • Enhance your understanding of Open World's services, industry trends, and influential creators.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative approach.
  • Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and embrace new challenges.
  • In-depth knowledge of cultural trends and industries.
  • Previous experience in brand campaigns with influencers or in lifestyle/brand marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, brand consulting, or agency settings.
  • Strong understanding of trends within gaming, music, and lifestyle sectors.
