  8. Lead initiatives aimed at improving support processes and enhancing the technical support experience for our clients.
  9. Assist in the design and architecture of AWS and hybrid cloud solutions.
  10. Guide enterprises in defining effective IT and business processes for cloud implementations.
  11. Be available outside standard hours to manage urgent client issues as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Over 10 years of practical experience in Infrastructure, Troubleshooting, Systems Administration, Networking, DevOps, or Applications Development within distributed systems.
  3. Experience as a technical lead in external enterprise customer interactions, with strong communication skills for both large and small audiences.
  4. The ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have:

  1. Advanced knowledge in areas such as Software Design, Content Distribution, Scripting, Database Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Cloud Migrations, Networking, IT Security, Big Data, and Operations Management.
  2. Experience in a 24/7 operational services or support setting.
  3. Familiarity with AWS Cloud services and/or other cloud solutions.
