  4. Utilize advanced troubleshooting methodologies to deliver tailored solutions.
  5. Work alongside AWS Cloud experts to replicate and resolve client issues.
  6. Create educational content such as tutorials and technical articles for the customer community.
  7. Provide insights to internal teams to enhance service delivery based on your extensive customer support experience.
  8. Lead initiatives aimed at refining support processes and improving the technical support experience for clients.
  9. Assist in the design and architecture of AWS and hybrid cloud solutions.
  10. Guide enterprises in establishing effective IT and business processes compatible with cloud deployments.
  11. Be available outside standard business hours to address urgent client issues as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Over 10 years of practical experience in Infrastructure, Troubleshooting, Systems Administration, Networking, DevOps, or Application Development within distributed systems.
  3. Experience in a customer-facing technical lead role, demonstrating strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
  4. The ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  5. The willingness to travel to client locations as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have:

  1. Advanced expertise in areas such as Software Design, Content Distribution, Scripting, Database Architecture, Cloud Architecture, IT Security, and Big Data technologies.
  2. Experience in a 24/7 operational support environment.
  3. Familiarity with AWS Cloud services and other cloud platforms.
