About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Experience Representative at Goldfish Swim School. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and their families, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all who interact with our school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk tasks, including scheduling, registration, and customer inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and their families, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the swim program team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the school
  • Assist with sales and marketing efforts, promoting our programs and services to potential customers
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Proven customer service experience, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service to customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
