About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Experience Representative at Goldfish Swim School. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and their families, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all who interact with our school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk tasks, including scheduling, registration, and customer inquiries
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members and their families, providing personalized support and guidance throughout their swim journey
  • Utilize sales and customer service skills to promote our programs and services, driving membership growth and retention
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and inventory management
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with members and colleagues
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a sales or membership-based environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
