We are currently seeking an Intelligence Operations Exercise Coordinator. This role is integral to a significant Military Intelligence Program that supports the USAF Air Combat Command (ACC) in its Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission.


Key Responsibilities:


As a candidate, you will leverage your ISR expertise to meticulously plan, program, execute, and report on events compliant with the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES).

Your duties will include:

  • Developing, documenting, and orchestrating ISR-related exercise events in alignment with Joint, Air Force, and Intelligence Community standards.
  • Collaborating with other exercise planners to create Master Scenario Event Lists (MSEL) and engage participants effectively.
  • Instructing and debriefing ISR exercise participants.
  • Analyzing, assessing, and reporting on exercise readiness and execution outcomes.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the inclusion of weapon systems and ISR resources, developing equipment mobility plans, and managing these assets to meet ISR exercise objectives.

Maintaining NIPR/SIPR/JWICS Plans and Programs on Microsoft SharePoint portals will also be part of your responsibilities.

Additionally, you will create Continuity of Operations Plans and Programs, including tactics, techniques, procedures, checklists, system architectures, and operational concepts for repeated ISR exercise applications.

It is essential for you to work independently while also collaborating with various organizational components. You will need to analyze, translate, and communicate complex ISR exercise elements to senior leaders and action officers, as well as mentor exercise participants.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of ISR experience, or a Master's Degree with 4+ years of ISR experience. Additional experience may substitute for educational qualifications.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in contingency operations and exercise planning.
  • A current TS/SCI security clearance is required.

Compensation Information:


The salary range for this position is between $68,000 and $124,550. This range serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation.

Factors influencing the offer may include job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
