Job Summary:

Caliber Collision Centers has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator to perform a variety of duties, including providing front office teammates with necessary tools, training, and information to effectively perform their job. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment and 1+ year of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts, and Cash Handling procedures to company standards, as well as providing a world-class customer experience to all customers.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, 1+ year of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll, and a valid driver's license. The ideal candidate will have effective verbal and written communication skills, the ability to navigate multiple software systems, and the ability to work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
