Construction Office Coordinator

Job Summary:
Nations Roof is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team in Rowlett, TX. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for administrative processes, including purchase orders, invoices, office support, and contract documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review daily outgoing invoices and incoming payments
- Collect payments from local and national accounts
- Send and receive Work Orders, Purchase Orders, COI, and Warranties
- Assist with the preparation and administration of contractual proposals, contracts, and purchase orders
- Provide cross-training and backup support in the office
- Verify payroll consolidation and entry
- Reconcile accounts as required
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Suite
- Ability to produce high-volume output while maintaining attention to detail
