Role Summary:

As an Associate Talent Acquisition Analyst at Augmentjobs, you will be integral in enhancing our recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. Collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition team, your focus will be on identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier candidates for various roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing prospective candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Leverage recruiting tools and platforms to discover qualified individuals.
  • Job Posting Management: Develop and oversee job postings on pertinent job boards and the company’s career page. Ensure that job descriptions are precise and current.
  • Initial Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment. Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers based on screening outcomes.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the interview process.
  • Data Management: Maintain comprehensive records of candidates and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Generate and analyze recruitment reports to monitor progress and identify improvement areas.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in tandem with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment initiatives and strategies. Engage in team meetings and contribute to discussions on recruitment best practices.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and legal standards. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms for recruitment. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Capable of effectively engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing recruitment data and generating reports. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities with a positive demeanor and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adjust to changing priorities and recruitment needs. Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
