Job Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Augmentjobs, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand their staffing needs, create effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles across the organization.

  • Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source candidates.

  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company.

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers.

  • Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.

  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to enhance the company's employer brand and promote Augmentjobs as an employer of choice.

  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements and adhere to company policies.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and HR software.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and candidate experience.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to make informed decisions and improvements.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and recruitment strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific industry or sector relevant to Augmentjobs.
