Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Assist in the identification and sourcing of potential candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and networking opportunities. Leverage recruiting tools and platforms to discover qualified individuals.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms for recruitment purposes. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of effectively engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing recruitment data and generating insightful reports. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management is essential.
