- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms for recruitment purposes. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of effectively engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
