Job Description:

As an Associate Talent Acquisition Analyst at Augmentjobs, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment and talent acquisition processes. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to help identify, attract, and hire top talent for various positions across the organization. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, managing job postings, and conducting initial screenings to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Recruitment: Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Utilize recruiting tools and platforms to find qualified candidates.

  • Job Posting & Management: Create and manage job postings on relevant job boards and company career pages. Ensure that job descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on screening results.

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.

  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Generate and analyze recruitment reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment initiatives and strategies. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on recruitment best practices.

  • Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms for recruiting. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment data and generate reports. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and recruitment needs. Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
