We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Sport & Health. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Front Desk Attendants and ensuring that our members receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of Front Desk Attendants to achieve exceptional service standards
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, including staff scheduling, time and attendance, and payroll
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all members receive a welcoming and professional experience
- Recruit, train, and develop Front Desk staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service
- Monitor and analyze sales and revenue data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, including promotions and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
- Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the Front Desk
- High school diploma or equivalent required; management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
