Front Desk Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at LTD Hospitality Group. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of room assignments, payments, and other related tasks.
  • Process guest requests, including room changes, extra amenities, and other special requests.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in and check-out times, room assignments, and any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other front office staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of guest requests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Basic computer skills, with ability to learn and use hotel software and systems.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
